Dear Sir:

Subject:

Lessons Learned Short-Term Requirements This letter is intended to clarify our letter of December 7, 1979.

The following information is intended to facilitate your understanding of our letters, References (b) and (c). Reference (b) addressed the contents and commitments required by the Darryll Eisenhut letter of September 13th, Reference (d), portions of the Harold Denton letter of October 30th Reference (e), and subsequent staff telephone calls provid-ing additional clarifications. We have since completed our formal review of Reference (e). With the exception of the aforementioned items, we commit to the full requirements /and schedules detailed in References (d) and (e).

We trust this information is satisfactory; however, if you have any questions, please contact us immediately.

Very truly yours, MAINE YANKEE ATOMIC POWER COMPANY
