Pursuant to the Freedom of Informa tion Act, 5 U.S.C 552, I would like to receive a copy of all documents related to the determination of a route for the shipment of spent nuclear fuel from forcign sources to the Department of En rgy's Savannah River Plant. e Included in this request would be the following, as well as other relevant material '} ,fi -correspondence between the shipper or its agent and the NRC; -correspondence between the NRC and other federal agencies; 'I -correspondence between the NRC and state and local agencies; -reports from NRC teams who inspected alternative routes; -strip charts prepared for any route or interim route approved; and -internal memoes or position papers draf ted by the NRC staff. If <ny of these documents contain classified information, conformed copies. I will accept I am specifically not interested in any of the legal proceedings of -' y the intervention by citizens in the Portsmouth area to the use of that route for the shipment of spent fuel.
