D% b Andrew E. McNamara TELEPHONE 1-716-546-2700 MONTH NOVEMBER. 1979 The Reactor Power Level averaged 100% in the Report Period with exceptions as follows: Two reductions of short durations to 9 20% power level on 11/10 and 11/24, to repair a leaking handhole on the "B" Steam Generator.

CINNA STATION MALNTENANCE REPORT FOR NOVEMBER, 1979 During November, normal inspections and minor maintenance was performed.

Major safety related maintenance included:

1. Furmaniting a leak on the "B" Steam Generator Handhole twice.

2. Rewinding of the Limitorque motor for one of the Standby Auxiliary Feedwater Pumps Crosstie Valves.

3. Replacement of the isolation amplifier on power range channel N-44.

4. Replacement of the containment isolation reset button and containment ventilation isolation reset button with a new style key operated button.
