As requested in Reference (2) above, I have enclosed seven (7) copies of the revised Hittman Nuclear & Development Corporation (HNDC)
Quality Assurance Program. The additionalinformation that you re-quested is contained in the Quality Assurance Manual Addendum, Procedure HNDC-Q-001B, Revision 1 (copies 2 through 8 attached).
Additionally, minor changes have been included in Revision 6 of the HNDC Quality Assurance Manual, Procedure HNDC-Q-001 (copies 113 through 119). These documents supersede all earlier revisions.
All questions and correspondence concerning this submittal or the HNDC Quality Assurance Program should be addressed to the undersigned.
