NOV 9 1979 Note to Nonn Haller, MPA Per our discussion the other day, I would like your assistance on item 3b. of enclosure 2 of Lee Gossick's memorandum of October 19 to Commissioner Gilinsky.
We plan to cover ythat might be the nature of additional data that could be used, the way in which it could be obtained (in-house, contractor, etcp) and the cost involved.
The only lead I have on this is a discussion on pages 5 and 6 of the attachment to a June 30, 1978 memorandum from Ryan to Chilk, copy enclosed.
I have no idea whether that is what Commissioner Gilinsky has in mind.
I am not aware of any response from Commissioner Gilinsky on the October 19 memn, therefore we are shooting in the dark.
However, I would like your input on how this might be addressed in the paper we owe the Commission on December 15.
