QA Program For Use of Shipping Packages Rev. 1 dated October 26, 1979
Dear Sir:
In accordance with ce==itments provided in 7 letter of October lo,1979 and our subsequent telephone conversations the week of October 22,1979, I as submitting the above subject revised (Rev.1) CA Program for your approval. Seven (7) copies are attached hereto.
Appropriate changes have been made to satisfy the request for additional infor:ation as indicated in your above referenced letter. Specific revisions are indicated as follows:
Para. 1.3 has been revised to include naces and titles of individuals responsible for radiographer certification and test status.
Para. 3.3 has been revised to include names and titles of individuals responsible to insure all QA functions are conducted in accordance with applicable dccuments.
Para. h.2 provides a state =ent that shipments will not be =ade unless all tests, certifications, acceptances and final inspections are complete.
Para. 5.h has been revised to include na=es and titles of individuals responsible to perform the regulatory required inspections and tests and individual responsiMe to assure these functions are performed.
