Attached is a revised copy of our Q. A. Policy (QAB-1199 Rev A) which has been changed to agree with items discussed with Jack Spraul (NRC Q.A. Division).
The revised policy is re-submitted in order to be registered as users of COC number 5796 for the 181375 and 181361 shipping containers and COC number 9011 for the E-MEH-00-0004 shipping container in accordance with 71.12 of 10 CFR part 71.
