Amendment to Indemnity Agreement No. E-15, Amendment No.14 The above amendment was directed to the Berkeley campus of the Uni-versity of California for signature with covering letter dated October 10, 1979.
The amendment was signed at..ie local level and returned to your office October 23, 1979.
Now it seems that the campuses do not have the authority to sign these amendments and our Systemwide office is requesting that we ask you to return or destroy the copy signed by Wm. E. Moser, Jr. for the Regents and send a new copy of the amendment that can be signed by the proper nthority.
Also Systemwide requested that the proper address for mailing be in-cluded in this letter.
