Dear Sir:
The NRC letter dated September 29, 1979 (A. Schwencer to C. Goodwin, Jr.)
requested additional information on the proposed Trojan Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan, which was transmitted to you for review as part of Revision 4 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan on March 23, 1979 as License Change Application 53.
The requested infor-mation ic enclosed.
Because the n.nclosure contains security information specific to Trojan, it is being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
As specified in the erclosure, these responses will be incorporated into the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan in a future revision. This approach is suggested due to Region V's concerns regarding Plan Revi-sions 4a and 5 (C. Goodwin, Jr. to R. H. Engelken letter dated Septem-ber 24, 1979, Item 7), such that once Region V's concerns are resolved, a single revision to the Plan can be used to incorporate them plus the responses contained herein.
