Dear Ms. Ramey:
We have received your letter dated October 9,1979, requesting to be placed on the service lists for the Marble Hill and Bailly facilities. These lists are normally limited to the parties who are participating in the construction permit or operating license proceedings. The information distributed to our service lists is quite voluminous and any expansion of these lists increases the stress on our limited resources.
This information is routinely placed in the local public document rooms which are located near each nuclear facility. The local public document room for the Bailly Station is located at the Westchester Township Public Library, 125 South Second Street, Chesterton, Indiana, and the local public document room for the Marbla Hill facility is at the Madison-Jefferson County Public Library, 420 West Main Street, Madison, Indiana.
In addition, we will be sending copies of the NRC's daily accession list for both facilities to the Marion County Public Library in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The accession lists
' identify the publicly available documents processed into the NRC's document control system on a given day. These lists may prove 'iseful to you in identifying the documentation generated for each facility and available for viewing at the respective local public document rooms.
The library director, Mr. Gnat, has also agreed to maintain current NRC inspection reports for both Marble Hill and Bailly. These reports will be sent to the library on a weekly basis.
