Dear Mr. Esposito:
Enclosed are three figures that show correlations for rupture temperature, rupture strain, and assembly flow blockage. Temperature ranp rates are accounted for in the correlations, and you can choose the ramp rates that are most appropriate.
If you are unable to accommodate ramp rates in your codes, you may have to use envelopes of these curves.
The enclosed information is similar to CSNI slides that we sent to you earlier this month, but some of the rupture strain and flow blockage peak heights have been scaled down. We will provide you with more detailed information at the meeting in Bethesda on November 1,1979 at 9:00 A.M, Sincerelv 1
