This refers to your application dated Jcne 21, 1978, requesting approval of your proposed quality assurance program.
As of this date, you have failed to provide the information requested in our letters of April 27 and September 14, 1979; therefore, in accordance with che provisions of Section 2.108 Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, application for approval of your quality assurance program is denied.
It will be necessary for you to obtain an approved quality assurance program prior to the registration as a package user or the delivery of licensed material to a carrier for transport pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.103, you may request a hearing with respect to this denial within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
