This will confirn my telephone conversation on Sept. Ih to Mr. MaMory of your office in response to your letter dated Sept. 12, 1979.
We regard it as like37 that sone nenber or ne :bers of the public will learn the alternate routes by follouing the cask trailer. The press has already expressed such an interest. Nothing will be gained by protecting this irlor:.ation in hearings.
