I would like to know if any person, corporation, association, or organization or aEency possesses any kind of NR0 license for the State of South Dakota (or any area within the state) or for the State of Wyoming (or any area within the State). If so, please furnish ne with a copy of each license, including type of license and scope. I further wish to know if any person, corporation, association, or organization or agency has nade application for any kind of IE lincense for the same areas described above. If so, please furnish me with copies of all applications and related materials, including correspondence, memos, documents, maps, statements, reports, etc. This request is meant to cover any person, corporation, association, or organization or agency inquiring or in the processcof applying for an NRC licm se for these areas. know Finally, I wish to(whether it would be possible to have your agency inform me personally in the future whenever any corporation, person, agency, association, or organization applies for or makes inquiry concerning an !!RO license for the states of South Dakota or Wyoming. l29k I am prepared to pay the reasonable costs of ny request, but believe my requests to be in the public interest in that I am a resident of an area that nay be affected by such URO liccises and I therefore would urge you to whive the fees.
