In connection with our review, we note that the organization chart shows a Radiation Safety Committee and a Radiation Control Officer while the. text assigns responsibilities to the Radiation Safety Officer, Radiographers, and Radiography personnel. Please make the organization chart and the text consist-ent and resubmit seven copies within 30 days following receipt of this letter.
