Dear Mr. Horin:
In ray letter dated September 21, 1979 to you I indicated that two documents had been referred to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for a disclosure determination and direct response to you.
However, D0J responded to the NRC.
Based or the D0J response, we ue placing a document dated July 22, 1977 to Simon Lazarus from John M. Harmon in tha NRC Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC. You may obtain access to the document by presenting a copy of this letter or by requesting folder F01A-79-374 in your name.
The other document, a memorandum to Charles H. Warren from John M.
Harmon dated April 4,1977, has had to be referred to the Co;ncil on Environmental Quality (CEQ) for a disclosure determination.
When NRC is advised of the CEQ determination, we will inform you.
