Dear Sir:
Pursuar: o the requirements of 10 CFR 71.12, Philadelphia Electric Company, as holder of operating licenses DPR-S and DPR-56, heroby notifies you of our intent to ship radioactive waste in certified containers. It is Philadelphia Electric's intention to load these certified containers and then transfer the material to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. of Bellevue, Washington, Chem-lhelear Systems, Inc. will be responsible for the shipment of the certified containers from our site and for the burial arrangements.
In addition to those Chem-Nuclear Systems casks listed in our letter of July 12, 1978, it is also our intention to utilize the following Chem-Nuclear System cask for shipment of Radioactive waste.
