Dear Mr. Copeland:

In attempting to arrange to have PU3 represented at cer-tain of the depositions that have been scheduled I find that there are what I might describe as " substantial rumors" that changes have been made in the order of depositions scheduled for of ficers of Central Power & Light Company for the first week of October.

My records do not show that this of fice was ever notified formally or informally of these changes. Nor have I been able to confirm the acresent dates by telephone af ter trying to reac.\ all of the primary counsel involved. Since the subpoenas for deposition were issued at th'e joint request of Houston Lighting & Power Co. and the Texas Utilities Companies, I believe it is your responsibility to keep other parties in' this case informed of changes. Even though the Public Utilities Board of the City of 3rownsville ,

Texas doer, r.ot have the rescurces to participate in all the depo-sitions, we would like to be informed of current scheduling sc that we may participate in the discovery process as our needs permit.
