Amendment of FL-10 Shipping Package Certificate of Compliance 9009 Gentlemen:
The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests an amendment to Certificate of Compliance 9009.
The purpose of this amendment is to authorize the inner container referred to in iten 9 to be constructed of 300 series stainless steel pipe with an outside diameter of 4.500 inches and a.120 inch wall thickness.
Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $150.00 as payment for the regtfest per 10 CFR Part 170.
