cantle This is to inform you that Metropolitan Edison Company, Reading, Pennsylvania, has submitted an application for a construction permit sad an operating license for.a pressurized water nuclear power plant designated as the Three Mils Island Nuclear Statium-Unit No. 1.
The plant will be used for the generation of electrie emergy. The proposed facility will be located on the Company's site en Three Mile Island, an island in the Susquehanna River, in T.4admaderry Township, Dauphia County, Pennsylvania, approximately tas miles seetheast of Barrisburg, Pennsylvania.
