THREE-MILE ISLAND-1; REVIEW 0F TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, AND SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT ON THE PROPOSED INTEGRATED SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM In accordance with your request, the Engineering Branch has evaluated the reactor vessel surveillance program submitt;d by the Metropolitan Edison Company for the Three-Mile Island-l plant on October 29, 1976.
We have concluded that their proposed integrated, augmented surveil-lance program is adequate. Our portion of the Safety Evaluation is attached.
