IDENTIFICATION OF OUTSTANDING REVIEW ITE"S FOR THFIE HILE ISLAND UNIT 2 SER Enclosed for your inforv,ation is a copy of Section 1.7 of the Three Mile Island Unit 2 SER identifying outstanding review items.
There are three items on which we are awaiting additional information from the applicant and three others for which our review has not l
yet been completed.
In addition, there are 7 items on which we have clear positions to which the applicant has agreed and for which we are awaiting confirmatory documentation. There are also six generic items which are being pursued with the applicant and/or the appropriate vendor.
t The applicant has evidenced a most cooperative. attitude recently, and in fact we have resolved 14 additional issues since the first draft SER was prepared. Receipt of much outstanding information is scheduled for September and October, and the number of open items should be significantly reduced by the ACRS meeting scheduled for October 1976.
Considering this and the fact that many of the items presently open are generic or purely confimatory in nature, it is recocrended that the TMI-2 SER be issued.
