OPERAT!NG LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatnry Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 35 to Facility operating License No. OPR-50, issued to Metropolitan Edison Company, Jersey Central Power and Light Company and Pennsylvania Electric Ccmaany (the licensees), which revised Technical Specifications for opermtion of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1 (the facility) located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The amendment becomes effective December 29, 1977.
This amendment deletes the requirements of the Technical Speci-fications dealing with respiratory protection since these requiremer.ts are non stipulated in 10 CFR 920.103.
The application for the amendment ccmplie s.vith the standards and recuirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Ccemission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commissien's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chacter !, which are set fcrth in the license amendment.
