L'icense No. DPR-50 Based on the results of the NRC inspection of July 22, 30, 31, and August 1, 1975, it appears that certain of your activities were not c6nducted in full compliar.ce with conditions of your license as indi-cated below:

Contrary to Technical Specification, Section 2.3.1.b, the liquid gross activity monit]r RM-L6 was not set to alarm and automatically close the waste discharge valve WOL-V-257 prior to exceeding the limits specified in 10 CFR Part 20, Appendix B for unrestricted

areas, as the alarm setting was too high.
This infraction had the' potential for causing or contributing to an occurrence related to health and safety.
