Metropolitan Edison Company Docket No. 50-289 License No. CPPR-40 One activity under your license appears to be in violation of AEC require-ments. This violation is considered to be of Category II severity:

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion V states in part:
" Activities affecting quality... shall be accomp-lished in accordance with... instructions, procedures, or drawings including changes thereto, which prescribes all activities affecting quality".
Contrary to the above, the installation of safeguards electrical cable did not conform to the electrical drawings or Tray Loading Su= mary.
