Three Mile Island Unit 2 is the first facility to utilize an all-grouted tendon scheme, although H.B. Robinson No. 2 has grouted vertical tendons.

Since this is a "new problem" I would like to schedule a meeting with you to discuss this catter before we take a firm "positien" with the applicant.
