CONCEhTRATION OF SOLIDS IN TMI-1 VESSEL FOLLOWING COLD-LEG BREAK For certain cold-leg breaka for TMI-1, heat removal will probably be by evaporation alona. The potential for buildup of solida exists.
Please calculate that potential for the following conditions:
1.
Vessel caracity-2500 ft3 liquid, or 18,750 gal.
2.
Liquid 'ieuperature 200*F
~-
3.
Initial Baron concentration 1000 ppa.

Certainly there will be a time that saturation will be reached if boiloff is continuous. We are discussing the thermal aspects with E4:W currently.
