Aspects included relaticnships, functions, authority, resconsibility, as well as review and audit structure. It was agreed that certain changes in the organization chart would be decirable pursuant to cur su;;gestiens.
These changes would be inecrporated in a revised chart to ce suteitted by Mst. Ed. cn er abcut Eec. 22. It was peinted out by Mr. !!eidig that Met. Ed. will have during ccpcnent fabrication, construction and installation and post-censtruction stages ultimate and final responsibility and thus will have courplete control of the project. The "stop and msure" respcnsibility rests with Met. Ed.
