Our review has been based vocn the original Arend.~ent No.11 to the PSAR dated July 1,1963, an October 2,106? nectina with the applicant, and sigplementary inft raation dated and subnittM to us on October 9,1968.

We belie e that the applicant has provid:d v

to us all the information we requested and which is presently available.

Further, he has agreed to provide the folleving inforestion as it becomes avai?4bic:

(1) A sttoss analysis of the anchoran hardware components to deternine approximate stress / strain values at critical sections, and, in addition, an evaluation of existing and/or additional test data on the effects of assembly eccentricities.

(2) Results of tests of full size tenden anchorage syste-(s) at a t e-p-erature at least 390F lower than the icvest service retal tenneratur, for the Three "ile Island facilit,.

(3) The results of an evaluation on the effect on the bearint plate of welding the trumpet to the plate.

(4) The results of an evaluation on the effects of local overntrees and microcracking on concrete blocks limited by open cracks.
