MUWi The Co:nissioner cc: rents on the letters to R. Nader and Senator Schweicker were to elaborate on the three instarces where infractions were noted.
The letter to Mr. George Murphy appeared to adequately answer his questions; therefore no changes were made. The report was changed to more fully reflect the three instances where infractions were noted, the reasons for layoffs of Darcey and Shapiro; acknowledgement that falsification of records were made, though not as alleged; why certain witnesses were believed, others not: reason for not interviewing witness "Q" as to whether he ever carried firearms; and evidence from the log indicating which guards were issued firearns.
