SUPFi.EliENTAL INFORMATION ON ALLEGATIONS RELATIVE TO U.S. T'iSTING COMPANY On August 23,1979, at 10:28 a.m., a former employee of the U.S. Testing Comcany (not the individual who had contacted Rep. Deckard) at the Marble
~Pl' site contacted a RIII Investigation Specialist.
Contact nad ceen rade with this individual during a recent investigation He stated tnat he nad read of the allegations relayed by Representative Joei Deckard in his local nesspaper that morning.
The former employee indicated that the allegations are basically true, but he felt that they dic n0t na'.e sigrif-icance when the whole story was understood.
Region III is pursuing this matter with the former stricyee i 00 air cre detailed information.
