e-Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION The Regents of the University of Michigan License No. 21-00215-04 Based on the inspection conducted on July 19,1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
The following item is an infraction:
10 CFR 20.304 requires that the total quantity of licensed and other radio-active materials buried at any one location and time does not er eed, at the time of b.irial, 1,000 times the amount specified in Appendix C oL Part 20.
Contrary to this requirement on May 25, 1979, you buried 7.35 millicuries of Iodine-125. This is 7,350 times the amount specified in Appendix C of Part 20 for Iodine-125.
