During hot operation of the 2B RC Pump, a leak developed in both casing gaskets.

5 STATUS-ACTION TO DATE, lhCLUDlHG PERSONS CONTACTED:
J.D. Dempsey was alerted and advised us that the vent valve between gaskets should remain closed. Purp cperation should continue as long as the leakage does not increase significantly. This is being checked once per shift.
FURTHER ACTich RECOHHENDED BY SITE PERSONNEL:
Please advise if dismantling pumps will be required to correct this problem; and prepare to support the Site if that evolution is required.
