Suite 506 IN RESPONSE REFER Washington, DC 20006 TO F01A-79-A-16
Dear Ms. Weiss:
This is in reply to your letter dated July 18, 1979 in which you appealed NRC's failure to make available the tapes or transcripts of conversations recorded at the Incident Response Center during the Three Mile Island incident.
You were informed in a telephone conversation with Ms. Carol Ann Reed of my staff on August 21, 1979 that transcripts for the first five days of the Incident Response Center would be available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC on August 22, 1979.
Since the transcripts have been placed in the PDR, no further action will be taken on your letter dated July 18, 1979.
Sincerely,
%f 4O J. i. Felton, Director D vision of Rules and Records Office of Administration 1885 352 woesto57 7
