As a result, with that lockout

the relief valve set point, the relief valve i==ediately
..to shut, and then a very slight pressure increase of, for 16 instance, a few pounds, would cause that valve to recpen t-again, and that would relieve pressure and drop, and 13 the valve cycled several ti=es, and at that point we 19 speculated tha: that was prehably the cause of failure 79 cf the electrc=atic relief valve, rapidly opening and closing and =issing a relay.
