Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is in response to the referenced letter.
Our understanding of commitments regarding apparent items of non-compliance is as indicated in Paragraph 9 of the Inspection Report.
Comments on the content of Appendix B to the referenced letter are enclosed.
The inspection concerns a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.795 of the NRC's
" Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
Consequently, che enclosure to this letter should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
