LICENSEE'S TENTH DISCOVERY STATUS REPORT The General Electric Company (GE), the licensee in the above-captioned proceeding, herewith submits its tenth status report on discovery and related matters.
1.
On November 30, 1978 GE filed answers to Intervenors August 3, 1978 Interrogatories in accordance with the Licensing Board's Order of November 13, 1978.
This is the only filing which GE has made since ita ninth status report dated November 8, 1978, with respect to dis-covery requests from Intervenors.
GE has now completed all of its outstanding discovery obligations.

On November 15, 1978, Intervenors Friends of the Earth and Congressman Dellums submitted their rispective responses to the Licensing Board's October 24, 1978 Memorandum and Order, and once again requested referral of GE's Inter-rogatory No. 1 to the Co= mission.
On November 17, 1978, GE 790117633f
-2 submitted its response to this Order and the Intervenor responses to.his Order and reinstated its September 25, 1978 Motion For Imposition of Sanctions. against Intervenors.
On November 29, 1978, the NRC Staff submitted its Answer To Intervenors' Request for Referral and Licensee's Motion For Imposition of Sanctions.
Each of the two above-described motions are currently before the Board for its consideration.
Responses to each of these motions have either been filed by the re-spective parties or else the time for responses has long since expired.
The issues raised by both of these motions have been thoroughly ventilated in these responses and other prior written filings and are now ripe for consideration by the Board.
