Puget Sound Power and Light Company herein requests NRC authori-zatior to utilize the subject ASME Code Case for the Skagit Nuclear Power Project Containment Liner Plate bolts, nuts and wasbe s.
Spe-cifically, as ASME Section III, Division 2 does not spec;'
these materials as permissible, Puget wishes to utilize bolting materials ASME SA-540, grades B21, 22, 23 and 24, nuts ASME SA-194, washers ASME SA-325, quenched and tempered (noncarbonized).
