Gentlemen:
The Initial Interrogatories to and First Request for g
Production of Documents by Central Power & Light Company from the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas,
in Houston Lighting and Power Comoany, et al. ( South Texas Project, Units No. 1 and 2), NRC Docket Nos. 50-498A and 50-499A, served on January 3, 1979, contained some inadvertent errors.
Please make the following corrections:
1.
In question number 7, on page 13, add the following:
"(c)
Produce all documents relating to (a) or (b) above."
2.
In question number 29(b), fifth line, page 27, change "ocmpany" to " company".
3.
In question number 36, last line, page 30, change "in party" to "as part".
A copy of the Corrected Initial Interrogatories to and First Request for Production of Documents by Central Power &
Light Company from the Puolic Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas is enclosed.
