Gentlemen:
This refers to the safeguards inspection of your TRIGA reactor facility
conducted on November 16 and 17, 197S, by Mr. J. P. Patterson of this
of fice and to the discussion of our findings with Dr. G. Kochanny and
Mr. K. Kelly of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Your
activities pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70,
"Special ;iuclear Material" as they pertain to License No. R-108 were the
subject of this inspection.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined
during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted
ci a
selective examination of procedures and representative records,
observations, and interviews with personnel.
Ne items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during
the course of this inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection concern a subject matter whic:1 is
exempt iro:- disclosure according to Section 2.790 of the ::RC's " Rules of
Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Ccnsequentl:,,
