Executive Directo for Operations Joseph M. Hendrie \\. Q [
FROM:
Chairman Q
SUBJECT:
ANONYMOUS " WHISTLE-BLOWER" LETTER OF DECEMBER 1, 1978 Enclosed is a copy of an anonymous letcer received in my office on December 8, 1978, concerning the reccmmendations of the Material Control
& Accounting Task Force Report.
l In the most recent staff paper on this subject, SECY-78-625, the staff i
indicated that there would be two additional papers for Comission con-
]
sideration and action this month.
It would be helpful to have the Task i
Force representative discuss this matter at the time of presentation to i
the Commission, It might also be well to have all members of the task j
force present, together with any other employee who has anything to con-3 tribute to the substance of'the issue.
