Background &
Summary:
Office concurrence was obtained on an earlier draft in March 1977 and was reaffimed by DSE cnd IE in August 1977. Concurrence by RRRC was obtained in March 1978.
This guide was issued for public comments in May 1978.
To date nineteen comments from eight members of the nuclear industry as well as from individuals have been received.
Resolution of coments: From the nineteen submitted comments, eighteen were accepted and one was_not.
Letters containing pertinent comments were numbered in sequence of arrival frem one through seven.
Each submitted coment was carefully reviewed with the members of NRR staff before the position was established.
