C014AliCHE PEAK NUCLEAR GENERATIllG STATION, UNITS NO.1 Af40 N0. 2 NRC Staff (Staff) has reviewed the information submitted on December 14, 1978 on behalf of the Texas flunicipal Power Agency (Tf4PA).
In addition to this antitrust information, Staff requests that additional information be provided by Tt4PA in response to Question 9.
Question 9 asks for the identification and address of smaller (peak load) electric utility entities that serve either at retail or at wholesale It also in the geographical area adjacent to those of the applicants.
requests a geographical one-line diagram of applicant's generating and transmission facilities indicating the location of adjacent systems.
