Dear Sir or Madam Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.s.c. 552 I
hereby request a copy of all notes and records with regard to a meeting between NRC officials and Iowa Electric Light and Power Company on October 19, 1976. According to page 5 of IE Inspection Rpt. No. 50-331/78-25: that meeting dealt with a
' breakdown in management controls. ' I would ask that there be full public disclosure of the nature and extent of these problems with management control.
I request that the NRC waive fees connected with this disclosure, since I believe disclosure will benefit the public. If any expenses in excess of $10 are incurred in connection with this request, please inform me of any decision to hold me liable for such charges prior to their being incurred, so that I may not be held responsible for charges beyond my ability to pay.
If you do not grant my request within 10 working days, I will deem r, request denied.
