This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. M. Solbodien and T. Jackson of our Region 1 office on September 20, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 34-02832-02 and to the discussion of our fitidings with Mr. E. Pawlicki at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your li_ense as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection was limited to a review of representa-tive records, and independent measurements.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
