The Conmission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.13 to Facility License No. R-52 for your TRIGA reactor.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your y
application dated July 14, 1977.
This amendment makes various editorial changes to incorporate currently used terminology and effects changes in the onsite organization and position titles; increases the authorized maximum insertion reactivity during the pulse mode of operation; and modifies instrumentation operability requirements.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
Please note that we have discontinued the use of separate identifying numbers for changes to Technical Specifications.
Sequential amend-ment numbers will be continued as in the past.
