Staffing of Wolf Creen Daniel and KG&E QA Organizations
Dear Mr. Oberg:
In accordance with your request, this letter is written to describe current plans for staffing the on-site Daniel and KG&E organizations from now until the Operating License for Wolf Creek is issued.
These plans are based an the assumption that our current rate of progress will continue, that construction will be completed on schedule and that an operating License will be received in October, 1982.
Other unforeseen events or conditions beyond our control may cause our plans to change, and the following should not be considered a firm commitment on our part but, instead, it should be understood that the following reflects our staffing plans as of July,1978, and that the number of QA personnel needed may change.
GENERAL It is our judgment that during the peak of the construction activity, ten (10) on-site QA engineers should be sufficient to carry out an adequate verification program.
It is also our judgment that the exact split of QA personnel between Daniel and KG&E is not critical. For example, staffing which consists of 4 Daniel employees and 6 KG&E employees ca.; be as effective as staffing consisting of 6 Daniel employees and 4 KG&E employees.
Therefore, we intend to retain some flex-ibility as to which 2A organization, Daniel or KG&E, will be increased the most.
Secretarial support personnel are not included in the following figures.

I have reviewed the suggested staffing requirements with the Corporate Officers of Daniel International and they are in full agreement with the staffing of the QA organization as outlined above.
