On July 28, 1978, you were notified that ilouston Lighting G Power Company (llL6P) considered certain conditions of liigh Ilead Safety Injection Pumps to be potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55c. A final review of the conditions of these pumps by our Incident Review Committee has determined that these conditions are not reportable under the criteria. The evaluation by the Incident Review Committee is available for your review during a future inspection.
