Dear Miss Skrutski:
In your letter dated October 5, 1973, you stated that the Atcmic Safety and Licensing Board in the captioned proceeding considered it desirable to supplement the record with the three documents identified therein.
The Licensee does not object.
Your letter also suggested that the parties' response could include comments on the documents or invite the Board's attention to any portions of the record which may bear upon them.
We have reviewed these documents in this light.
These documents comprise some two hundred pages and we, of course, do not know the particulars of the Board's thinking in determining that it wishes these documents in the record.
However, we are confident that the Board would consider only those portions of these documents as may be proper in the circumstances.
