This letter will confirm my phone conversation of yesterday with Dr. Richard Cole.
Yesterday, a representative of Georgians Against Nuclear Energy and myself met with staf f of the Nuclear Regulatory Conmission to discuss this docket.
As a consequence, GANE is satisfied that the staff will satisf actorily represent the interests of GANE and all its members in this proceeding.
On behalf of GANE, I hereby withdraw its Petition for Leave to Intervene in this proceeding.
It is my' understanding that GANE must do nothing more to te minate its participation in this proceeding.
